  Great yoga classes. Karolina has a nice teaching style. Classes are enjoyable.

  I just wanted to write a quick review because Karolina is such a great teacher! I have had a number of private session with her, and even though I am very rigid and inflexible, she was able to accommodate me very nicely, and gave me tips and exercises I could to at home to limber me up. She's great, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a yoga teacher in Cork.

  Karolina is fantastic instructor who has great patience and nice approach to her students.She explains every posture clearly which makes the practice deeper at physical as well as mental level. I would recommend Karolina's classes to anyone who would like to start the journey with yoga and also to practicing yogis. Namaste!

  Super! Polecam wszystkim !Pani instruktorka jest przemiła , sympatyczna i bardzo cierpliwa .Wszystko wytłumaczy ile będzie trzeba .

  Karolina encouraged me to be curious and explore postures, not to adopt a one size fits all approach, this makes the practice very safe. The classes are intense, the work goes deep, but there is always time for a long and beautiful relaxation at the end of each class :)
