  Staff really friendly. Italian espresso seemed almost strong to be elected as an Italian one!!

  Really good coffee and snacks. Spacious and comfortable, large outside area to the front overlooking the harbour.Very good service.there is also an outside seating area at the back.

  Did not have a good visit OK it was busy enough ordered coffee and cake have a loyalty card when I presented it told I should have show it before I paid then I waited a good 10 mins people after me got served when I asked was told it was there in a take away cup I was so mad

  Plenty of space and coffee that tastes like coffee not like it's big name rival at the other end of the street.

  I enjoyed the coffee, but wasn't the one to order so can't speak to that. On a quiet Monday afternoon we thought we had been abandoned in the patio because it took so long for the orders to go through, and when the pair who put the order in finally reappeared on the patio they shared a feeling that the establishment might benefit from some stricter management supervision. I am not such a slave to time as my fellow coffee drinkers, so I was not put out; consequently I would recommend Insomnia and not publicly denigrate the man who I understand to be both a TV personality of some fame and the progenitor of the chain.
