  Checked in late but were upgraded to an executive suite. The lady on the reception desk was very friendly and helpful and really started off the stay right. The reception area of the hotel is decorated nicely and there are plenty of staff around to help. As we arrived late, we only saw the reception, the lift and the room so can't comment on the other facilities. The room was huge and probably a bit too much for an overnight stay bit the upgrade was a nice touch. The decor was old fashioned and could do with a bit of TLC. Bed was comfortable but room was a little hot even with the air conditioning on.

  Beautiful hotel in Ballsbridge .. rooms are recently updated. Spa is very peaceful and good selection of treatments. Food is delicious and very nicely presented with a top class service

  Really enjoyed my stay here. The staff is very kind and accommodating to all. The location isn't ideal for exploring the city center, but there's a train that takes you into Dublin center or you can walk (about 30 minutes). The hotel itself is very nice. The rooms are quite large by local standards and well appointed with all the amenities you would expect from a luxury hotel chain. The spa is especially nice and the restaurant very good with an excellent local style menu. There's a decent bar as well, with lots of domestic and imported beers, more whisky brands than you knew existed, and all the other standard drinks. There's some restaurants and av few bars in the small town (maybe a 10 minutes walk) if you prefer to go outside the hotel.

  Not my first time here and won't be my last... Staff are very nice... Rooms are spotless... Would highly recommend it.. Oh and there are some lovely little restaurants within walking distance...

  What a fabulous upgrade to this large and lovely hotel in Dublin . First impressions always stick and I thought the staff was exceptional last time. They were even more so this time and that was with a convention group there too which always hassles the staff. Not this time . I’ll never forget how patient everyone was teaching me how to make Irish coffee! This is a terrific place with an amazing price tag for elegant rooms and service . Highly recommend! Don’t miss the hotels restaurants, finest Irish fare in the area.
