  Moved to Ireland to work, but no insurance for my partner if she has not a previous insurance in Ireland, so for this reason they want to charge me more.

  this company use sharp practice tactics to do business they quote you today and they come along 5 months later looking for extra money from you because of a fault in their system shocking for a big company to have to do this.

  Waiting for over a week to find out if I am covered by a procedure: No answers from Telephones: Cannot comment on Customer Service as no one relys to you by e-mail or phone.
