  Called over the phone, was waiting about 10 minutes for an answer (which wasn't bad). Very happy with the person who i dealt with on the phone.

  Harry Burton review is most inciteful and derogatory. It has been reported as such. The post does not reflect the education you say you have quite the opposite in fact. So I doubt if you even are Harrry Burton. You have only left yourself down. Ireland and Irish people are the best in the world. How Dare you.

  Had to go passport office in regards to a lost passport Well to my surprise it was a good experience . Went to enquirers met a really nice guy name was Dave He was more than helpful went and printed the info I needed Just felt iit was not a bother to him so thanks again Madeline

  Very helpful staff. Clear and precise. Excellent help along every stage. Passport ready exactly when they said. Had to make on emergency call in person to the office in Cork, no appointment. No problem, was seen there and then. Brilliant.
