    I live in Galway and when passing through Kilkenny i purchased phone credit at J R porters with my debit card. Well there was a mix up and i was charged twice. When i noticed the problem I rang Porters and they were very polite in dealing with my issue. The matter is resolved and I have to say not only did i find them very professional, it was refreshing to speak to someone genuine and good natured. Thanks Catherine.
