::I contacted John for an emergency call out today. Contractors fitting spray insulation in our attic had dislodged a water pipe coming from the tank - there was water everywhere!!! At short notice John came to our assistance. He arrived within the hour and from the beginning he was personable and professional. I especially appreciated his calming attitude as he told me in detail about his repair as I really did not know what was happening in my attic. I would have no hesitation in recommending JD Plumbing and Heating.
