  Not happy with the manager of the Wexford store when I went back for a refund because I was overcharged by 35 Euro on a pair of runners. I drove down especially to get my refund when the lady at the till contacted her manager and he instructed her to deal with it by herself even though I was not happy with the manner of refund.. I had to pay another 75 Euro for runners which I already paid 110 for from my card and then they refund me the initial 110 that would not show up in my account for a number of days. I asked could the 35 not just be refunded to my account instead of recharging me again (lucky I had the funds to cover it) and still the manager never appeared and left the lady to deal with it. I am very unhappy with the means in which I had to receive the refund and the absolute no interest in the manager to deal with the situation. The lady that I dealt with was very pleasant and I felt very sorry for her in that situation. Please note I had spent a lot of money in this store both on Sat and over the Christmas.

  Good shop with a decent selection of shoes and clothing. Very helpful staff

  So I was excited to get new boots and it said on the website it will be open untill 8pm on a Friday evening but to my absolute disgust when I arrived at 7:35 JD sports was closed !! :( I will be shopping in lifestyle from now on words
