  Very bad service in shoe department- very very poor manners from staff very unhelpful with orders :( should go to schuhs for your staff training. Seriously no comparison.

  You nearly have to beg for some service from both managers and team staff who are too busy talking about plans for their night out or fighting over hours. Ridiculous

  Staff ignore you and takes a very long time after you get someone to bring you out your shoe size.
