  Wouldn't shop there ever again.I bought myself a north face tracksuit went by all the washing instructions everything and for £200 what do I get my north face logo on my bottoms completely coming off.people probably think its a fake tracksuit never would I shop there again absolute joke! I only had it 3 weeks and they never pick up the phone.

  Absolutely disgraceful customer service,never answer any calls,no help whatsoever,I work in retail myself and we would be sacked if we ran our shop like that,I'll never shop there again
