::Contrary to you receiving a one star from me...my Fone had been hacked..I'm getting all sorts of weird calls and emails today...as for your premises I have and will never have any complaints about there ..I'm always given a quick turn around there and have a laugh and joke with the staff there whether it be in warehouse or offices...all I can say is keep up the good work...

::Gareth P was the only helpful member of staff. Had a delivery due Wednesday and received several missed calls and voicemail at 8am. It clearly says on the shop door 10am opening. 12 unanswered calls later we called the office only to be interrogated as go why we didnt contact o ur supplier for them to get in contact or call sooner? When i explained we tried to get the driver and asked should he not be answering his calls, the office Manager Wesley reluctantly agreed. Our biggest issueis that we had paid staff members onsite to take in these pallets. Long story short i was told the following morning. 12pm the next day no delivery and the driver still not answering his phone and when 4 of us call the office all get told they cant get through to the driver. Eventually Gareth(only helpful one) gets the driver and tells us delivery before 2pm. We deal with DPD DHL NIGHTLINE UPS and they all manage to get a est time for delivery to us the day before. When I asked on the original call if they did this i got the following response 'not necessarily'. What does that even mean? JMC remember there are small businesses that are paying staff member and this is a huge cost to them, so maybe re think your systems in favour of the customer instead of what works for your staff. Lets hope we get this delivery before 2pm

::This placec is an utter tip. You go in and you wait in a queue for an hour or so and then you sit in a bay for another hour. Usually if you get in at 11:30 pm, you'd be lucky to get out at 1:30 am.
