  I was serviced my car in January, the service was good and they was helpful and nice staff to deal. I just realised yesterday morning when I top up my windscreen I missing few screws so I when there if they can help me out might be they forgot to put back. I went and they said no worries we do for you soon as we can. I was just waited 15 minutes and done. Just have to check sometimes your car after service make sure everything is there. But good place to deal with it.
