  Really nice place. Can be a bit load at times when you are trying to study but otherwise it is a really nice place. The staff are really friendly and they are very accommodating.

  I visited the library with scant hope of finding more on my ancestors. John Smyth (or Jonathan) was extraordinarily helpful. With the new information he helped me find, we were able to drive up to the Carrick farm of my great great grandparents. We met new-found relatives still residing there. Thank you John.   I recently visited this library hoping to find my Cavan roots, and was completely delighted with the service I received from everyone with whom I worked. Mrs. Sullivan found additional information for me, which opened up a new genealogy path to follow, and all of the employees were interested in my search and willing to go out of their way to assist me.   Great Library, very nice staff, nice place to sit and read. There is a decent selection of books and a comprehensive collection of local records. There was s internet but only for library card holders.
