  Jenny was absolutely wonderful. Such a happy infectious personality. As always I love coming to Jule, and I would recommend you to anybody. I've had experience in both the Ashbourne and Grand Canal salons, and cannot give enough praise to the staff and quality of service. Thanks guys xx

  Despite a glue test a day prior one of the worst experiences if have had when it comes to lash extensions. When I made the appointment, I was not completely sure what exactly I wanted, needed, was willing to pay etc. When it comes to my eyes, I am very particular, because my lashes are very blonde, as in barely there...therefore, I decided to have the extension specialist decide what would be the best and most natural look. Little did I know that to her it meant: let´s attach tree trunks with glue to the eyes of this lady and rip out a bunch of her natural lashes in the process....as I am not a "connoisseur" of the beautiful world of replacement body cells/parts/hair/lashes etc. and the purchase thereof, I trusted/hoped/dreamed that she would keep it...if not perfect, at least civil. The entire process took about 45 minutes, in which I tried to zone out, unfortunately a dream that was not to come true due to her insistent communication with me about everything, anything and nothing in her world. TMI. Long story short: When I tried to open my eyes, the remains of the glue were so harsh on my eyes that they would not stop burning and watering for the next hour, a "common side effect". Well, I dragged myself to our AirBnB around the corner and promptly fell asleep. When I woke up the next day, my eyes had calmed down somewhat.However, throughout the course of the day, I noticed that the lids looked swollen and irritated on the rims. In addition, they started itching. I was flying back home the next morning and therefore simply dropped by Jule to ask if the swelling was normal . They ensured me that a little redness and swelling was indeed normal and it would go away as soon as "your lashes have gotten used to the chemicals in the glue and the weight of the fake ones." However, I should be prepared to lose approx. 35-40 percent throughout the first week. W...T...WT....WWWTTTTFFFF???? I was close to throwing a classic Glenn Close, including dead rabbit but decided in the end that it was not worth it, making the mistake of not voicing my displeasure and discomfort right then and there. When I arrived in Barcelona the next day, My eyes were not just watering and swollen, but actually inflamed, with the lashes being tender to the touch. My boyfriend insisted on having a doctor look at the swelling and we drove from the airport to the hospital. I was not aware, that the roots of lashes can get infected like roots of hairs as well.I believe I do not need to mention that the next 5 days were NOT the most happy in my life. I was lucky enough to find a REAL extension specialist in Barcelona who was able to dissolve the glue on my lashes and freed my poor own lashes from their fake counterparts. BTW: I had lash extensions done here at The Eyelash Atelier in Barcelona two weeks after that and have been wearing then ever since. THE TEAM OF JULE IN DUBLIN DID APPARENTLY NOT KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. Then again, they made me sign a statement that I was in no discomfort whatsoever after the treatment, not once but twice. Now that is what I call "Cover your a...".

  Brilliant beauty therapists, all the girls are warm & very friendly. I'm currently undergoing lazer which I find painful but loving the results. Highly recommend this place to anyone!!

  Had my nails done by Nicola amazing results very impressed and the compliment s I received I think half the nation will be booking, will certainly be going back I usually have one nail that never lasts more than a week oily nail bed but with Nicola doing them they lasted week's 😊
