::We had an absolutely abysmal experience with the reception staff and management who somehow could not manage to grasp multiple reservations and multiple guest names. Add to that, check out billing mistakes and a general unwillingness to work with paying customers to find solutions instead of spending time trying to prove only they are correct. They desperately need a change of attitude and coaching for customer facing skills . Despite other positive factors of the rooms and locations, we will not be checking in here anytime soon.

::Good hotel at a central location. Rooms are clean but it could be better maintained, a mini refrigerator in the room would be nice, but there was none. Breakfast is good, not special. Staff are very friendly and seem to value good service. Enjoyed my stay, but it was a bit anonymous due to the size of the hotel.

::Do not stay here! The rooms were dirty, drab, dated and depressing. The location is central but there was nothing else about this hotel that makes it worth the stay. No mini fridge or safe either. I do NOT recommend it. I don't know what on earth other reviewers are talking about when they say it was clean. Maybe I just have higher standards. Also many of the guest rooms look right into other rooms across the courtyard! And did I mention the fire alarm went off randomly in the middle of the night?

::Jurys Inn was a very nice stay. Rooms were clean and was in a great location. Didn't have a great view of Dublin but it's a city so I wouldn't expect as much. Also located in a easily accessible part of the city which makes it ideal. They have a nice little breakfast place across the street if you're interested in staying there and want to grab something to eat on your way out.
