  Called Joe on short notice to repair a broken external door lock. He arrived quickly as promised. Job was done in minutes as he had all the right equipment. Very friendly and professional and I would definitely recommend KC Maintenance to anyone. A+ service

  Safety devices applied to Windows. Found it very expensive considering the time it took and quality of devices used.
