  Kelly Bradshaw Dalton made buying and selling so easy and stress free for me. I was advised, last year (2017), by my brother in law, to go with Kelly Bradshaw Dalton. He had bought and sold many properties over the years with them and he was very confident recommending KBD to me. He had great experiences with them time and time again. I was selling my house and looking to downsize to an apartment. I took his advice. And I'm so glad I did because from start to finish KBD were extremely professional, very warm, friendly and communicative, obviously experts in their field and most importantly they got the job done to my satisfaction. They did everything they could to please me and get me what I wanted. I had a tall order for them and a tight budget, and to be honest, for most other estate agents, it was a near impossibility, especially as I was very particular about my requirements and not ready to compromise. KBD took the job of selling my house and finding me the right new home. They arrived up, always on time to show my house to their long list of clients. They gave me great advice. They were terrific. They're very skilled in their field. I had Vincent and Ray working for me and anytime I was in their office all the other staff members were lovely to deal with. Very quickly they secured me a sale on my house at a price that I was happy with. They practically held my hand through the whole process. Then they took me right up to closure on my new home and I'm now living in my dream apartment, I'm over the moon and I'm so grateful to KBD for their services. They delivered the perfect result for me!

  never follow up the customer, and never reply emails or phone call. Even when they do pick up they still did not solve the problems.

  The agent from KBD who sold our house was most accommodating and persisted with it until we got the right buyer. Their marketing materials were as good, if not better, than the bigger agents. Most importantly the got the deal done at a price for the house that we were happy with with good feedback throughout the process. Overall I think we got a personal service than we would have with a larger agent. Thanks guys.
