  Lovely hotel right in the middle of the town. Clean spacious room. Good gacilities in the swimming pool. Very nice breakfast. Free parking. A tad pricey at weekends and the restaurant is good but again a bit pricey for the value.

  Spent three nights in February. First the negatives... 1: Bistro Poor. Has notions still from its hey day but lacked quality in execution 2: Duty manager in charge rattled off the right words but was about as interested as an atheist at Sunday Mass. 3: Waitress did her best, but it was far too obvious she had far to much to do to be engaging. All night Staff in fact felt the same.4: Obvious it was once a fine 4 star on top of its,game but now tired and worn, mentally and physically. 5: GOOD POINTS Great Receptionists Particularly Sinead. 6: Accessible for my Wheelchair No Problem 7: Great Location to explore Kilkenny 8: Lively by day and day Staff really on their game. 9: Prices are good and I would stay again knowing what to expect. 10: Parking accessible and cheap as well. Give it a go but eat and socialize downtown...

  Loved this place, very comfortable beds. Close to the major attractions all within a walking distance. Major tourist area right around the corner and if you want to stay in they have a bar and delicious food there too.

  Central location. Spotlessly clean. Great food. Lovely staff. Great leisure centre. Needs higher temperature in rooms and bar area as quite chilly . Overall enjoyable visit
