  Worst experience ever in my business and travel experience around the globe. The setting of the hotel is completely wrong - who will put a guest room right next to its kitchen and then charge you Euro 97 for a night?!?! And it is in the basement and that is the only one room there, and the kitchen. This room should not even been put up in the first place - for very obvious hygiene reason! It can only be a store room. If there is anyone working in the relevant authority out here, I would recommend this be looked into. No, no warning about this in advance. We arrived at 21.30 and refused to take the room base on the ridiculous location. Requested to speak to the hotel manager who refused to have a direct conversation and needless to say didn't resolve the problem and just say they will refund it. And didn't help to find another room nearby either. At 21.30 of the night, any traveller can possibly expect what troubles they have got us into and the price tag of a very last minute booking. Extremely unhelpful. I will strongly disrecommend this hotel to anyone. If I could put up a zero star for this hotel, I would!
