  Absolutely horrible experience in this store, the owner is extremely rude and unprofessional when it comes to customer service, I returned a faulty bracelet that I had got as a gift for Christmas, she insulted me to say it was fine and there was nothing wrong with it suggesting I wasn't telling the truth. I've never in my life endured such treatment in a glorified and extremely cluttered utensil shop, I shall never visit that store again. I'd advise others to stay clear. Welcoming customer service is a must for any business but this woman wouldn't know it if it slapped her in the face.
