  Wanted to have a few pieces valued. I was told it would cost €70 plus around 5% of the total!!! I understand that the expert should be paid for their time, however , 70 euros is outrageous! I would have been happy to pay €20 for the few items I wanted valued, but not a percentage of the total. It's worth the petrol to drive to Cork and find another place that won't rip you off.

  I have shopped in Kneisel Jeweller's for the last five years after seeing a beautiful necklace in the window. Every time I shop in the store, the staff are wonderful, have excellent customer service, quality products and are always helpful and knowledgeable. The store has its own private viewing room upstairs and the whole shop is always clean, warm and inviting. Tip: If you are planning to buy your engagement / wedding rings from Kneisel Jeweller's, make sure you check out their private viewing room and get spoiled!
