  Shocking..stove was delivered 6 days late..no apology for the inconvenience..got somebody out to fit the stove only to figure out they left a part out..

  Absolutely fantastic customer service. We live mainland U.K., and we were worried about ordering everything over the Internet, especially as we couldn't get to see the product. The Oliwia wood burner arrived very quickly, nothing missing, nothing damaged. Just as in pictures. Kratki quality is superb! It's totally amazing and Dmitrij was patient with all our questions and was a star. Would highly recommend anyone else to use Laois Stone to supply your wood burner, as similar wood burners here in the UK are more than double the price. Thank you
