  Parents stayed here for a week and thoroughly enjoyed it. Also it was their second time so that's a reasonable endorsement. In addition have eaten here a number of times and is always tasty and good value. Yes it's dated yes it's a bit tired in parts but that adds to the charm.

  This used to be a great hotel with lots of ambience, great staff and great food. Sadly it declined over the years. Lack of care and attention by the owners!

  Visited for a wedding, really nice venue with plenty of parking and places for photos. The food was absolutely amazing and will be visiting again for dinner.

  Nice homely hotel with some great rooms ... good for a weekend break in a nice little town with plenty to do.
