  My participation in Life Particle classes and workshops have had a profound positive effect on my physical and mental health. The classes are all so varied, focused and powerful. The centre is a safe, calm, joyful place, in which to switch off from everyday pressures and experience Korean yoga, meditation, and Qi Qong through the expertise of Ana and Samuel.

  OMG the Korean instructor (Man) is very cocky his partner she is nicer had class with her, I have paid 70 euro for 5 lesson only went for two, it is not yoga it is some sort of technique, at end of class I made comment that the speaker was right behind me and the song was danny boy and honestly loud but the owner took it bad and not only did't suggest I change or bring it lower but he kept going on that he won't touch it as no one complained with a across facial expression, I felt bad and never came back! people love finger food there other than that it is seriously not yoga

  At first Life Particle Yoga studio became a place of sanctuary for me, 6 months later it gives me so much more... increasing my self care & confidence, my anxieties are hugely reduced, noticeable physical & mental health improvements and I now feel when needed I can access my sanctuary from within! Thank you Anna & Samuel

  This centre has changed my life. I didn't realise how much I needed to be grounded until I got here! It has shifted everything to a deeper level. My work, my interactions with people, my sense of self worth. I can't recommend it highly enough. Go a try and free class - what have you got to lose!!

  Life Particle is a place in which from the first sight you fall in love. I know that when i am there i am in the right place. Classes and workshops which Samuel and Ana offer are great way to work with the energy and learn a lot about ourselves. Highly recommended to everyone!
