::Useless omni staff, went in to change a pair of childrens shoes and was ignored, then told to try a bigger shop claiming they wouldn't have the size, as they couldn't be arsed looking. 3 girls in the shop standing around chatting tried to get attention to get info about a product and was totally ignored. 16/07/17
