  Compact and selection is poor. Staff are helpful and friendly. The changing rooms r basic and very cold. Staff helpful when ordering from Internet and delivery is quick.

  Staff are lovely but the female section is almost non existent and I am including the footwear section in this. Good menswear sports collection.

  I purchased two pairs of Nike runners (different colours) for my three year old, three days later I went to return one pair for an exchange or refund due to him not been able to walk correctly in them and complaining about the left runner hurting his foot! I was told by the Manager FIONA... NO I am not entitled to exchange them nor am I entitled to a refund because she could not see a physical problem with them, when I suggested too her to put the runners back on my son for her to see him not been able to walk correctly in them she said no it did not matter she was giving no exchange or refund due to her not been able to see a physical problem with the runners! I give her a card from the National Consumer Agency stating on it… that goods must fit the description given. Be fit for their purpose. Be of quality fit for sale, if not the retailer must fix the problem! And still she refused to give me a refund! A well I will just have to contact the National Consumer Agency again on Monday…
