::Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Please note that when you buy a part and they make a mistake you have to wait over a month for refund!!!! My garage ordered a part EGR valve which was ordered not the right one by the shop. I was told I should wait 3-5 days by Derek. Then when I tried to get my money back very rude accountant Stephanie told me I have to wait a month for credit note !!!! They dont do refunds but they dont inform customers about it. Absolutely joke and will avoid this place as Stephanie didnt take my card details I had to ask her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
