  I had a terrible experience with this estate agent. I contacted about a flat advertised and was rudely told it is gone and I should come in and look at their other listings. I suspect this flat advertised cheaper than others in the area does not exist on the market. The other flats I looked at were more expensive and in bad condition. Clearly sharp practice being used here. Not recommended for tenants or landlords.

  I never wanted to be a landlord but the recession changed things and I was so relieved to find Locations they have taken all the stress and worry out of renting. I can trust that they keep me up to date and compliant with all the legalities of renting and they have always found good tenants. They have been renting my house since 2013 our tenants have never missed a payment and have treated our house like their own. The team at Locations are hands on, pay attention to detail, are reliable and lovely to deal with. If Leslie doesn’t answer my call she returns it almost immediately and she answers our tenants calls just as promptly always resolving issues whether it’s the boiler being serviced or a leaking bath seal promptly and for a competitive price. When Lisa and Gavin first looked at my house they showed a real care towards it and I knew they would look after it as well as I had. Delighted to recommend them.

  Moving to Dublin can be a daunting task but thanks to Locations I found the ideal rental property in the city centre. I cannot recommend this Agency enough, the staff are friendly, approachable & have a continued focus on meeting the needs & requirements of all clients. I would personally like to thank Lesley the property manager who, from day one, has gone above & beyond her role to ensure that I`m happy with my property. She has & continues to respond to queries in a swift manner and deals with any matters , professionally, enthusiastically & most important promptly.   Locations have managed 2 properties for me in the recent years. Their level of service and attention to detail has impressed me immensely. Gavan also recently sold a property for me. I found him to be extremely thorough in his research and feedback on prospective buyers. He achieved a sales price which was considerably higher than I had hoped for. I would have no hesitation in recommending Locations.

  For years I have used Locations Estate Agents for renting my property in South Dublin. They are an excellent property management company and were especially worth the money as I live abroad and couldn’t take care of managing the property from afar. When it came time to sell the property I naturally thought of Locations. In Autumn 2015, I spoke with Gavan Russell, Locations, and we had a full and detailed discussion about the options and opportunities for a good price on sale. We decided to rent for 6 more months, before putting the property on the market in Spring 2016. In Spring 2016, Locations took care of everything - they emptied the apartment, leaving behind minimal furniture, and had the apartment fixed and painted. After almost 9 years of renting the property out (and 17 years post build) they had the apartment looking just excellent for sale. Gavan worked very hard to get me the best price and within only 3 weeks on the market we had our sale and for way more than the asking price. I was delighted and would highly recommend Locations Estate Agents and especially Gavan Russell. From market (late May 2016) to sale (late July 2016) was only 8 weeks. Highly recommend.
