::left work early, got ticket for parking my car only to be refused haircut even though i arrived 20 mins before close. the person Elizabeth Urbaniak said she had one other client and could not take me. she was extremley rude and short, barely acknowledging my presence. will never go back again and will tell everyone i know. totally unproffessional. she could have been nicer, says also on website they take people after 6 at an additional cost by appointment. she never mentioned this when talking to her in person. unpleasant experience to say least
