  I don't even want to give half star but there is no option. Very bad first experience ever. I called for viewing and the lady named melanie said I want you at property address exactly on time not even 1 min.late. I reached there 10 min early, waited there for a hour...didn't picked call and office guys were just saying she is on way. Will be there at no time. A big liars company. Please try another estate agents.

  I had a bad experience with Maher Gleeson as a tenant. My first interaction with him was even before he owned my apartment asking for additional rent raise. We agreed for the raise with condition that many issues in the apartment such as leaking fridge and parking permit will be fixed. However, he never kept his end to the promise. He also made it difficult for us to continue renting on the same conditions we had with our previous landlord, telling us that we should be grateful we can keep our dog in the apartment. I find his services impersonal and unprofessional.
