::I must say, I've had the pleasure of staying at the Maldron and absolutely loved it. But I'm more impressed by their service level! I had an issue with a third party booking site that scheduled me for the wrong dates. When I contacted the booking, they said the rate would be non-refundable. After escalating the call, they put me on hold claiming they were contacting the hotel to get their approval. After waiting for a few minutes they came back and told me the hotel denied approving a cancellation and refund. Luckily I took a chance and posted a review to bring it to the hotels attention. They were incredibly attentive and reached out to me about the topic . Turns out the booking site never actually contacted them! They were more than happy to work with me and went above and beyond to make things right. If you're looking for a beautiful place to stay, in a great location and has a staff that actually cares about their guests, I would 110% recommend!

::It is a great hotel for stay. The rooms are extremely tidy and cozy. Highly recommended. The breakfast being offered by the hotel is fabulous, they have the best croissants. Would stay here again.

::Everything was fine. Friendly staff, good room, clean. Excelent bar/restaurant. Good localization, near to the main pub area by walking only about 10 minutes. We especially thank Nilson (Brazilian) at the hotel reception (night shift) and Cosme and the other Brazilian guy working at the bar. You were really very thoughtful and kind. Thank you very much!

::Stayed here for 2 weeks in July and another 2 weeks in September. The room I was in each time had a King size bed, and the bathroom was very spacious. The staff was very friendly, and the room service menu was pretty good. Not all rooms have A/C, so I had to specially request one. Its in a great location, just a 10-15 min walk to city center, down the clock from the canal docks and the Samuel Beckett bridge. Overall I had a really pleasant stay, the only downside was that there were giant stains all over the carpet in the room I was in, which was a turn off.
