  Das Hotel ist soweit in Ordnung. Es ist sauber und ordentlich, moderne Ansätze im ganzen Haus. Dennoch sind die Zimmer zur Straße sehr laut - das Fenster braucht man nicht öffnen. Um Beschwerden kümmert man sich sofort, nur an der Umsetzung muss man noch "feilen". Das Frühstücksbuffett ist reichhaltig und auch hier ist das Servicepersonal beweglich, wenn auch nicht schnell. Die Anbindung an das öffentliche Netz ist gut gegeben, auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bietet die direkte Umgebung.

  The staff were friendly and helpful. Great Leisure Centre. Room was clean and comfortable.

  One of the most depressing hotels I've eaten in ever. The staff simply don't seem trained at all in hospitality. Basic stuff like a cup of tea took 30 minutes to come. ( Where the place was empty). Food was crappy, motorway service station food is better, I can't believe the managment have tried the food and said " that's delicious". We also had to wait an hour for food. The bathroom had sick in the sink! It would be hard to give the place any character.. it's massive space would feel empty if it was full, they play the commentary of the football playing the 20" TV in the corner, at full blast over all the speakers in the place. Was horrible. Staff stand around in groups on their mobiles phones. Seems to lack management, or anyone who knows what's nice for a range of guests. The furniture set out in the restaurant entrance is just funny, looks like a furniture store rather than somewhere to sit and eat.

  Las recepcionistas podrian ser algo mas simpaticas, las habitaciones regular, la moqueta sucia, las habitaciones de fumadores directamente apestan, el desayuno con buffet estaba bastante bien, estuve fos dias sin wifi porque se cayo y no lo arreglaban en general no lo recomiendo.
