  Grossly incompetent and understaffed hotel. Food was horrible (tikka masala, chicken wrap and chicken wings) the fish was the best of a bad lot. The reception staff were arrogant and clearly didn't want to deal with customer facing queries. The only thing I could commend was the politeness and friendliness of the leasure centre staff otherwise I'd give 0 if I could.

  Room could be a lot cleaner, looked as if it hadn't been dusted in weeks, or the bathroom mopped, bed linen was left on the floor in the corridor for the 2 nights we were there, and loads of glasses and bottles also left on the floor of the corridor for ages. Bed linen was clean, but bed seemed uncomfortable.Great size room thou. Young waitress could be a bit more friendly in the bar, young guy was lovely. An outstanding and fantastic choice of breakfast, loads to choose from,lovely. Guys in the leisure area were nice and friendly. A great advertisement for fitness! Great fun at the crazy golf and the play areas were brilliant.

  We had an enjoyable family break in wexford.The hotel is easy to find.The staff were helpful but I had to say Aurora in the Stir Restaurant is just brilliant with first class service.Maybe you should have 2 or 3 staff to help with cleaning of tables during dinner times.And another thing is to have air conditioning systems in rooms as sleeping can be difficult in summer .Overall we were delighted with the hospitality you offer.And we hope to be back in future.

  Thirty two from my family stayed and all had a good time. The food and facilities were good, the rooms were comfortable and clean and wanted for nothing. As there was thirty two of us staying we were all put beside each other which was appreciated. Only negative thing we could say was the night entertainment came on too late. All in all a good time was had and look forward to booking next year.

  Family friendly hotel with good amenities. Considering it was summer holidays i do think there should have been a kids disco every evening. My children thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the kids club. The staff are extremely pleasant, friendly and professional. It was our second year at the hotel and we'll be back again next year.
