  stayed here for one night got up the next morning and all my package was gone including my car dog and children a sore excuse for a place

  Rang markievicz house this morning 25/5/17 and my goodness how rude was the operator!!! Hopefully I will never to call this place AGAIN!!!!

  I had not so good an experience here via a phone call over a HSE query. I found the staff member very blunt and gave me completely incorrect information despite the fact I explained I had the correct details from a relevant souce/body and that this was the centre i was to obtain further information from. I found this person's communication skills something to think about.. Appalling.... They clearly had not enough knowledge about my query and basically brushed me off to a completely different department outside of the HSE area all together. I feel this particular individual needs a refresher course in Hse related matters and a further refresher course in "general manners ". Needless to say I am forwarding my complaint to The manager over this particular incident in the particular department I dealt with. Otherwise the cafe is excellent Lovely friendly and helpful staff and beautiful food. All other departments I've been involved with have been excellent and very professional. The establishment is very hygienic and kept to a high standard. looks amazing.
