  I bought a second hand car from Martin Plant Motors a number of years ago. To this day its still running well and in great shape. I use this garage to service my car as the work is always to a high standard.

  Incredibly bad experience. Was charged €500 for labour which was never done. Brought my car to an engineer who confirmed that the work was never done.

  I had to a few bits and bobs done with my car and the big end bearing went in my engine and I got a few other things done that I was putting off for months. So I said I'd get them all done at the same time. I had a look around the area where I live as I'm not from Dublin. I came across Martin Plant Motors from their website. They are based just up the road from Rathmines in a lane way. Away the long and short of it was they gave the car a look over told me what was wrong, how long it would take to fix, and more importantly how much it would cost. Considering the number of small jobs and the big end bearing that need doing I think I got a great deal. They're very friendly, don't try to pull the wool over your eyes, and the car was ready when they said it would be, plus they even gave the car a mini valet which I didn't even ask for. I'm trilled, my car feels great, and my wallet does too. I'll be recommending them to everyone.
