I went to her for advice and help to lose weight and found out through the blood test that i was intolerant to things I had been taking daily, causing bloatedness and sluggish feelings. ::I went to see Mary for nutritional advice recently. I knew my diet was not the best but I was finding it very difficult to improve things on my own. I was eating a lot of breakfast cereal, processed bread and craving chocolate when I was tired. I never seemed to have time (or energy!) to improve my diet. After one meeting Mary helped me to think about my meals in a whole new way (protein/carbs) and provided simple suggestions and recipes that I could start using immediately. I also did a food intolerance test and found I have a cows milk intolerance. For the past few weeks I have been dairy free, eating healthy snacks and off processed foods and I have been feeling so much better. My sugar cravings are gone and I have more energy. Mary is very easy to talk to, helpful and supportive. Meeting Mary helped me to realise how important what I eat is to my life and health, and how important it is to look after myself. I would highly recommend her.

::I visited Mary Carmody about a year ago now with some dietary issues. She was so helpful once I walked in the door. I learned that I have an intolerance to dairy/milk as well as a mild intolerance to wheat and beef. Not only did she assess my dietary issues, she also gave me a step-by-step plan to ensure that I would be getting the right about of protein/carbs/vitamins etc. There was also a yummy taster that her daughter kindly made! Nothing was spared in terms of the care and attention Mary gave during my appointment. I left with a much clearer sense of my dietary needs, recipes, nutrition information and also my fitness levels.
