::When we first got our dog 2 years ago I was really impressed by the young Brazilian lady who was so helpful and very knowledgeable but sadly it's all gone all down hill from there, for me any way. They don't appear to be consistent with their stock and the shelves are often empty of products and when you ask about a product they tell you "it's coming in tomorrow" which it never does!!! I got so fed up waiting for a particular dog food to come in that I prepaid for it and they said they would call me when it came in but they didn't but said they left me a voice mail, which, inn this day of technology you cannot get away with as it would have been in my call log! As someone else previously mentioned, the girl at the check out really needs to cheer up or consider a career that doesn't involve dealing with the public.
