  I went in there this morning to get my sandwich i asked for Batch bread sandwich, the young lady made the sandwich and I asked her if the bread was fresh she said yes it's Saturday's bread the one they opened for me on Saturday. I said ok could i have fresh bread please and started to say im funny about my bread being fresh she said well its not out of date when the other worker said o no give her fresh bread i said thank you when the young lady then threatened my with remarks to well maybe i wont open the batch bread for you in the future. I told her not to talk to customers like that and who did she think she was customer service was in my opinion rude. I then told her that i did not want the sandwich and paid for my diesel maybe you could send her on a course on how to talk to customers.

  Just been to shop to buy a few things. Girl at till very rude. Handed money and card over and just throw the card and change on the counter. No thank you. Generally the staff are very friendly and helpful but I'd love to know how she got a job here.
