::Very helpful and friendly staff. On the day, when i went to join the library, i showed them my Dublin Library card. The lady then signed up me in a matter of minutes, and gave me my new card, and online login details. If you reserve a book online, you are notified when it arrives. A member of the staff would even have the book picked up and ready for you to collect at the counter. One area that could improve is the online catalogue - though very extensive, it isn't the best in terms of ease of interaction.
