Very tired rooms. Front of house was clean and respectable. But the room I stayed in had a carpet that was stained and worn looking. The bed was comfortable but the furniture needs replacing and a more modern tv would be needed. Who uses a 20inch tv these days?

Got bang on the bedroom door at 11.21 AM and shouted at, that we should have been out at 11AM! Stayed in hotels worldwide and never heard of a 11AM exit! There was no signs in the room saying this and we were never informed at check in! Id give it no stars but it looks like I have to give it one star or this post will not post! Since I posted the above, I send a polite but firm email to the Manager Michael. No replay has been received!

Do not book here! We are simple travellers happy with a clean and kept room for the night. This is not it! Rooms are beyond worn out and in disrepair. Combined with out of service elevators and window into car park we are regretting our stay. We have been travelling in Ireland for over 2 weeks and can tell you there are plenty of wonderful accommodation options for the same price.

Currently here and so disappointed, booked an executive room as my husbands birthday was yesterday and really the standard is shocking. The standard room is bigger and cleaner. Thank god we wear glasses as we may just be able to veiw the telly. We have downgraded because the rooms are slightly a better standard and certainly bigger. This hotel is tired in serious need of a revamp. This needs to be reflected in their prices. The staff are very helpful but can't exactly give you what the website claims if not there. I did love the fact that a birthday card and sweets were left for my husband, very thoughtful.

Stayed here for 4 nights with a group. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Nice clean rooms let down a little by the dated furniture. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever had, pillows past there use by date though. Food was lovely, let down by coffee. I only drink coffee and at times it was undrinkable, but that is a personal thing. Nice hotel, nice staff and would recommend.
