  The worst experience for along time .Two and half hours after arriving we left.. The reception is unfriendly and indeed unhelpful..lucky i had rang up earlier for appoi tment for my very elderly mother. Eye test carried out by lovely lady...everything else proved a hassle...the language barrier didnt help...nor did fact that we had to get new glasses as they couldnt open screws in 2 sets of glasses without incurring futher expence..indeed they didnt have lens for one pair which necessited a return visit.. Overall a bad experience in otherwise a bright modern and convienent location

  Dont know what this Siobhan is on about. Girls at reception are so good with the children and very friendly. Couldnt fault the place

  The opthalmic opticians are fantastic, but the assistant and reception staff are extremely rude, disrespectful and unhelpful. Myself and my family attended for a few years purely down to the amazing opticians, but stopped going due to the assistants and reception staff. Not at all child friendly.
