  First of all - convenient opening hours [Everyday till 8 PM]. Ladies at reception always are able to quickly find an appointment date that suits me perfectly. The team of doctors seems professional and very friendly - I feel welcome and at peace. Also, the clinic itself looks so tidy and the interiors are aesthetically pleasing, which I treat as an added bonus. Great service and a facility that I would recommend to a friend :)

  Friendly, professional service at reception, and then precise and factual talk with the doctor - my visit was very agreeable and for that I am very grateful. Also good range of services. I'll certainly visit again.

  I used to go to Medius in Dublin for many many years. Doctors there are great. I have nothing against the doctors who I believe, are very experience specialists but .... the receptionist who works there, definitely should not work as a person who answers the phone. Luck of culture and total ignorance! I called today to book an appointment. As my mum taught me, first thing you say is "Good Morning" or just "hello", so I did but there was No answer, just silence on the phone... So I said "hi" again, and there was an awkward silence and finally, a lady on the other side of the phone, was "nice" enough to ask me what she "can" do for me... What you can do for me dear receptionist is to be nice and treat people with respect and learn to be nice on the phone. I believe that if you work with customers, you should know basic manners and saying Good Morning, God evening or just hi, as it is not that hard.

  Dobrze jest mieć gdzie wracać w razie problemów ze zdrowiem. Zwłaszcza zagranica gdzie na początku wszystko wydaje się być obce. Lekarza poleciła mi koleżanka z pracy, teraz i ja mogę polecić te klinikę innym osobom!

  Excellent medical centre, good range of services. Dr Alberto Embalo is the best doctor I've encountered, always has time for you. Even if you come with something that may sound silly or irrelevant, he'll ease your mind and make you feel welcome. Would recommended for sure.
