::1st July 2019: I had never been to Michael ( or any vet) with our dog that we got just three months ago. On Saturday evening at approx 9:30 I noticed our dog seemingly very ill, shaking all over and clearly in pain. I googled vets in Bruff and got Michael's number and called him at 21:40 on a Saturday evening!! He answered and we went through the symptoms. He offered to see our dog and I met him at his clinic at 22:10. This level of service for a new customer is outstanding. He Diagnosed the problem, did a fix and gave him the required shots for relief and cure. I left him half an hour later. I would highly recommend Michael for this fantastic service which is so rare these days.
