::Mothercare Carrickmines service is absolutely appaling! Bought highchair here and brought it back the next day as it is âŹ26 more expensive for the same high chair. I wasnât offered a price match at that time of purchasing eventhough i made the lady aware that is is cheaper somewhere else . They claim they do price match but i wasnât offered this service. All she said to me was â Do you want it or not?â 2 staff are dealing with me, one in particular is very unfriendly & not interested at all, it looks like she hated her job or hated her life! The other one is not any better. I asked her to put it my car if thatâs ok as i have my 6 months old baby with me, she did help, but never offered. When i brought it back the next day and explain to the lady refunding me about my experience, the girl who served me the day before rolled her eyes up in the air!(as she heard the conversation) What a disgrace! I just spoked with the Manager about my experience and she spoked to her staff & the reply i got from her was âoh, my staff didnât think there is anything wrong when u left the shop yesterdayâ and â the lady who never offered you the price match is now on maternity leave so i canât speak with her regarding the matterâ. Like really?!! Is that the best you can do?! Poor management! From manager to floor staff! DO NOT SHOP HERE IN MOTHERCARE CARRICKMINES. IF YOU WANT FRIENDLY STAFF, GO TO SMYTHS INSTEAD!

::A very big store with pretty much everything you might need for your baby. Prams, car seats, clothing.. Service was fine but I would expect more knowledge from the assistants
