  Highly recommend, Great atmosphere, Friendly Staff. Great service including bed and breakfast. Although fire alarm did go off at 5 in the morning very briefly (Around 5seconds) it was a good place to stay.

  Good location when visiting the Letterkenny area. Nice reasonably priced modern hotel with restaurant and bar on site, leisure facilities available. I found the bedrooms and especially the bathroom on the small side but nevertheless well worth visiting for a stay or drinks and a meal.

  Nice hotel, even with what I think is unusual lobby layout. Long bar with decent food. Good size function rooms. Bedroom are nice too.

  Attended a wedding and stayed overnight here in November. The entire building, including our room, was absolutely freezing. We had to request the heat in our room be turned on and someone had to come with a toolbox to do this. The fire escape in the wedding reception area was held closed with a chair. The room was clean and comfortable enough once the issue with the heating had been sorted out. There was no telephone in the room so communication with other areas of the hotel was not possible without physically leaving the room. Wedding meal was good but breakfast was mediocre, to put it mildly. I would not stay here again unless it was quite a bit cheaper and I definitely would not stay here in wintertime, the place just had an icy chill throughout. Drinks were expensive.

  Big place. Very capable of being a 5 star venue but no attention to detail. Dated decor. Staff great but understaffed on busy nights. Averaged 10 min wait for serving. Children allowed to run around like a kindergarten. Stayed two nights. First breakfast we had to open the hotplate to see if there was anything there. 9am. Second day was fine. We won't stay there again. Rooms are lovely but no minibars. Housekeeping woke us early on day 2 checking if the room was empty. That's just wrong. Worst thing about the place is it's mismanaged. Best thing is the staff. Very helpful and accommodating.
