  No knowledge about health & safety and no basic english for staff to understand what customer wants.

  Worst customer care ever. I was there 4 times, a sales person never greeted me when I wanted to pay for the goods. I always see sales staff in the back of the store near meat fridges talking and eating. They always gives me the feeling like I am disturbing their meaningless conversations. The store is so quiet, but it's too hard to move your ass anyway. NEVER AGAIN!
