  Receptionist was on the phone and kept me waiting ten minutes when checking in. Another receptionist who seemed free said “she’ll look after you when she gets off the phone”! When she did get off the phone she ordered me back to the van to check mileage ( other centers can establish this themselves). On the retest same person asked what it failed on, I asked her did she not have a record of this, seeing as though they recently tested it, she looked incredulous. She asked again for the mileage!! And was insistent that I go back to the van and get it for her. Very poor customer service, wont be using again.

  Well I went here to get my van MOT'd, was fine, did its job, passed my van!!! They have a vending machine and chairs to sit on. If you're waiting for your car you should go ou the gate and go right a bit and check out the big music store and the Harley/Ducati showroom, much better than sitting waiting.
