  I attended the RSB class with Niamh in 2012/13 on my first baby and in 2014 on my second and would highly recommend the class. Niamh has a wealth of knowledge and give a lot of support and reassurance around pregnancy and motherhood in general. I really enjoyed catching up with the other pregnant ladies on the Wednesday evenings and felt it was lovely time to just dedicate to being pregnant (especially the second time around as life kind of takes over but that 2 hours was for me and baby#2). I also followed up with the baby massage class the second time around and for months afterwards the bedtime routine for my little girl involved the movements Niamh taught us in the class. I swore by it. Would definitely recommend you get in touch with Niamh if you're expecting or if you're looking for a baby massage class

  I attended the Relax Stretch Breathe classes in Raheny and in Kilbarrack for 14 weeks of my 3rd pregnancy. It was my favourite couple of hours in the week. Niamh has an extremely professional and caring manner and was full of hints and tips that I found extremely valuable in my pregnancy and then for my natural labour. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these affordable classes to any expectant mum. After the birth of my son I did a 6 week 1 to 1 baby massage course with Niamh. We both enjoyed the course and I found he was very chilled out after his massages. It helped with his wind and he slept well after the classes. Again I would highly recommend these classes.
