::I'm doing Pilates with Rachel for more than a year now. I was a total beginner. I am stronger now, I feel more energetic. My recurrent back problems, caused by sitting all day at work, disappeared after less than 2 months, never to return, so I would definitely recommend this class for office workers with back pain. Rachel is super attentive to each and every of her students, and the studio is really lovely. Thanks Rachel for all the goodness :D

::Excellent pilates/ yoga classes for keeping fit during pregnancy and labour. I had attended 2 other classes closer to where I live, but came back to Rachel's class. I really look forward to my class every week, and always feel great after!

::As a runner I’ve found Rachel’s yogalates class a huge benefit for overall stretching and my core strength, I am noticing the improvements week on week, Rachel really pushes me to go further & makes sure I get the most out of the hour’s class, I would highly recommend it for any distance runners out there.
