  This was supposed to be a medical pedicure at a reduced price of 35 euro. It was a very mediocre pedicure and was not medical in any way. My feet were in a spa for about 15 minutes and then they were filed and a skin file used on the soles of my feet. This was useless as I wanted the hard skin removed. They were then polished with nail polish. That was the sum total of the experience. I was so disappointed as I have had much better pedicures done at less cost.

  Very bad experience. Made a Groupon voucher appointment for a pedicure A rude lady called me 4 hours before the appointment to say they needed to cancel with numerous reasons why! Same reasons as ZIata, The salon would not be open as they did not have power, there would be no one there and also they were not accepting Groupon vouchers. I asked if i wanted to keep my appointment could i pay cash @ the Groupon amount and of course I could! Very poor customer experience and have no intention of returning or double paying .I would ever recommend it.. The salon told me to seek refund from Groupon. Groupon advised I would be 3-10 days waiting for a reply.

  Very bad experience. Made a Groupon voucher appointment for a pedicure at 10.30am in the morning, turned up on the morning and the salon was closed - no one was answering the phone number. Eventually they called me back and said the salon was not open as they did not have power and that also they were not accepting Groupon vouchers, which is still very much in date. I queried how come they took an appointment with me if they no longer accept Groupon vouchers or how was I to know about all this if no one had contacted me to let me know. Very poor customer experience and have no intention of ever returning not would ever recommend it. A shame as I have overall had good experiences on Groupon vouchers. The salon told me to seek refund from Groupon.

  I got gel nails and they where all weird shaped and lumps off gel on them I spent €120 all together on my minx lashes and my mams nails who were also recked and my lashes started to fall out 2 days later had a very bad experience here wouldn't reccomend it.
